Donation Terms

By making a donation to Saved By Your Crumbs Foundations (S.B.Y.C. Foundations), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States, you agree to the following terms:
1. Voluntary Donations
All donations are voluntary gifts made to support the charitable and educational mission of S.B.Y.C. Foundations.
Donations do not provide any ownership, equity, or decision-making rights in the organization.
2. Use of Donations
Unless designated for a specific approved program, donations will be used where they are needed most to advance the Foundation’s mission.
Funds may support:

Children, youth, adults, elderly persons, and families in need

Humanitarian aid, community development, and emergency relief

Health, wellness, and educational initiatives

Operational, administrative, and compliance costs necessary to run a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Any area of greatest need as determined by the Foundation’s Board of Directors
Designated donations will be honored whenever possible. If a project becomes completed, unavailable, or impractical, S.B.Y.C. Foundations may reallocate funds to a similar or highest-priority need, in accordance with IRS guidelines.
3. Recurring Donations
If you enroll in monthly or recurring giving, charges will be automatically processed to your selected payment method.
You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting support@sbycfoundation.charity.
Processed donations cannot be reversed.
4. Donation Receipts & Tax Documentation
Electronic receipts are issued for every donation.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, eligible donations may be tax-deductible in the United States to the extent permitted by law.
Donors are responsible for consulting a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of their contributions.
5. Refund Policy
Charitable contributions are generally nonrefundable. However, a refund may be issued only in cases of:

6. Donor Privacy & Data Protection
We protect all donor information and handle it in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
We do not sell, rent, or share donor information with third parties, except:

Aggregate or anonymized donation data may be used for reporting purposes, but individual donor identities will remain private unless permission is granted.
7. Tax Compliance & Legal Disclosures
S.B.Y.C. Foundations maintains all required financial records and submits annual reports as required by the IRS and U.S. nonprofit regulations.
The Foundation may issue year-end giving summaries for tax reporting purposes.
Nothing in these terms constitutes legal or tax advice.
8. Transparency & Accountability
We are committed to responsible stewardship of all donations.
Financial reports, impact summaries, and program updates may be published to demonstrate how contributions are used.
Individual donor names will never be publicly disclosed without explicit consent.
9. Fraud Prevention
The Foundation monitors donations for compliance and may investigate suspicious activity.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
